Pharmacy Manager
A Pharmacy Manager Services is needed to perform the following duties:
· Pharmacoeconomic & outcomes studies – design and run cost-effectiveness / budget-impact analyses for prescription and OTC products; interpret results for management and payers.
· Economic modelling of drug therapies – build decision-analytic models (Markov, discrete-event, budget-impact) to project clinical and financial outcomes.
· Market access, pricing & reimbursement strategy – craft value propositions, advise on launch prices, negotiate formulary placement.
· Preparation of economic dossiers & payer materials – assemble AMCP dossiers, value decks, and real-world evidence packages for payers / PBMs / CMS.
· Integrating economic endpoints into clinical trials – liaise with clinical R&D to embed QoL instruments, resource-use logs, and cost endpoints.
· Policy alignment & operational optimisation – ensure retail-pharmacy workflow complies with evolving federal/state policy; translate policy shifts into SOPs that improve efficiency and margins.
· Staff & inventory management – supervise pharmacists/technicians, optimise stock turns, minimise wastage while meeting patient demandHealthcare-trend surveillance & strategic insights – analyse epidemiology, disease-burden, and utilisation data to guide portfolio and service expansion.Bachelor’s Degree required in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy or Doctor of Pharmacy
